My Experience

I have spent the last two decades at the forefront of the Microsoft ecosystem, leading high-impact technical initiatives at Radancy (formerly TMP Worldwide), SciMedMedia and other companies. My expertise has evolved alongside the ASP Classic/WebForms, .NET framework, from architecting large-scale certification systems in ASP.NET MVC to engineering modern, cloud-native solutions using ASP.NET Core.

At SciMedMedia, I architected a mission-critical Continuing Medical Education (CME) certification platform. By leveraging the MVC framework, I built a system capable of handling complex business logic, including automated grading and verifiable certification while maintaining a seamless blend of dynamic and static content for medical professionals.

Specialized in the full-lifecycle modernization of enterprise recruitment platforms at Radancy. I played a pivotal role in porting legacy ASP.NET MVC applications to ASP.NET Core, delivering more interactive and resilient web-based services. My work involved architecting robust RESTful APIs and integrated Web Services designed to solve complex challenges in talent acquisition technology, ensuring the platform could scale alongside evolving industry standards.

In my previous roles, I implemented advanced UI features for products serving high-volume user bases. My experience spans porting and improving legacy web applications, as well as researching, architecting, and deploying modern, full-stack web services.

My core expertise includes Angular, Vue, and React, complemented by Tailwind CSS and standard web technologies. These tools allow me to create seamless, interactive user experiences and robust web-based systems.

I possess a deep fundamental understanding of industry-standard technologies like HTML5 and CSS3. My expertise spans the full evolution of development, from legacy frameworks such as jQuery, Microsoft MFC to modern frameworks, giving me a unique perspective on maintaining and modernizing older codebases to start implementation of any projects using newest technologies.

My core expertise includes MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and AWS cloud storage solutions. I have designed and optimized complex database schemas, implemented efficient data access layers using technologies like Entity Framework and LINQ, and ensured data integrity and performance across various applications. My experience also includes working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other database technologies, allowing me to adapt to different project requirements and optimize data management strategies effectively.

In addition to programming, I also have sufficient experience in database administration and DevOps tasks related to database management and deployment. In particular, I was using Microsoft Database project solutions to implement and manage all databases.

To support large-scale user environments, I have implemented robust authentication systems across a variety of technology stacks, ensuring security through both legacy methods and modern industry standards. My last two roles mainly used SAML 2.0, FedAuth, OAuth 2.0, JWT, LDAP, and OpenID Connect.

I have in-depth experience in creating Single-Sign-On (SSO) authentication systems with proper user data exchange of principals and claims. In particular, I have successfully implemented IdP (Identity Provider) and Service Provider (SP) standardized features.

In my previous roles, I was responsible for securing various products and services by ensuring users were granted appropriate access to specific applications. For legacy systems, I primarily utilized relational databases to manage user groups, roles, permissions, and licenses.

At Radancy, I gained extensive experience integrating applications with commercial user management and permission supervision systems, including Active Directory. In my latest work at Radancy, I transitioned to modern access control protocols, specifically XACML/ABAC. By integrating these standards with large-scale user data, including roles and licenses, successfully implemented a robust, centralized access management system for various service offerings.

I have extensive experience developing secure applications that manage sensitive data in compliance with industry standards. My expertise includes implementing robust security protocols such as data encryption, certificate-based data exchange, and comprehensive API protection frameworks.

My technical expertise encompasses the full lifecycle of cryptographic security, including SSL/TLS certificate provisioning and management. I am proficient in X.509 standards for digital signatures and certificate signing, ensuring robust data exchange verification. Additionally, I have extensive experience implementing data protection layers through AES encryption, secure encoding, and cryptographic hashing (such as SHA-256) to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
