My most extensive domain experience comes from Radancy (formerly TMP Worldwide), a global leader in talent acquisition technology. Over many years, I was a key engineer on enterprise-level recruitment platforms serving Fortune 500 clients, handling millions of job seekers and employer interactions.

I specialized in the modernization of legacy recruitment systems, migrating ASP.NET MVC applications to ASP.NET Core while architecting new RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). My work directly impacted employer branding, candidate experience, and job distribution workflows at a global scale, making me deeply familiar with the full candidate lifecycle from job discovery to application.

At SciMedMedia, I architected a mission-critical Continuing Medical Education (CME) certification platform used by medical professionals nationwide. This required a deep understanding of the healthcare industry's strict regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance and accreditation standards.

I designed and built systems capable of handling complex business logic such as automated grading, verifiable certification issuance, and audit trails — all while maintaining a seamless experience for medical professionals navigating both dynamic and static educational content. This work required close collaboration with medical subject-matter experts and compliance officers to ensure the platform met the highest standards of accuracy and security.

I was extensively involved in developing and optimizing communication and video conferencing solutions. This included implementing features such as video conferencing, camera controls, screen sharing, and real-time communication capabilities to enhance collaboration and user experience.

I was working as full-stack developer to design and implement robust communication systems that facilitated seamless interactions, ensuring high-quality video and audio performance while maintaining security and reliability, as well, performed on-site system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Our products and services were used by various organizations, including educational institutions, healthcare providers, banking and government entities.

I have experience in creating e-commerce/store-front online websites with features across the full shopping lifecycle — product catalog management, cart and checkout flows, payment gateway integration, and order processing pipelines.

In order to deliver fast and maintainable solutions to my business clients, I focused my experience on creating websites using Wix.com, WordPress and custom frameworks such as NextJS and ASP.Net

My experience in the real estate domain involved building and maintaining property listing platforms with advanced search and filtering capabilities. This included geo-based property search, detailed listing pages, agent and broker portals, and integration with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) data feeds.
